Refund Policy – RESONANCE2025

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket holders must present their tickets at the entrance—either a printed copy or a digital version.

If you purchased the student ticket option, you must present a valid student ID at the entrance alongside your ticket. Your student ID must be kept on you and readily available throughout the event, as you may be asked to show it at any time during the three days.

🎟️IMPORTANT!

• If you fail to present a valid student ID at the entrance or if your ID is deemed invalid, you will not be granted access to the event.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• If you still wish to attend, you may purchase a full-price ticket at the door, subject to availability.
